Hayley quietly fixed her dress, waiting to start her interview. The camera man gives her a quick countdown from three and she puts on her best smile as the spotlight shines on her.

“Good evening Phoenix Championship Wrestling, I’m Hayley Atwell and I’m here to give you a look on what’s happening here at PCW. After last week’s exciting phase, the locker room is still a buzz about last month’s shake up. At the end of Season Ten: Psycho, we had superstars join, some return, a new GM take reign, but the biggest change was the end of Allysin Kay’s reign as PCW Champion. After a near five month reign, Sami was the only superstar to strip her of the title. Everyone seems to be relieved, but at what cost?”

“My guest at this time is facing the newly crowned PCW champion tonight. Please help me in welcoming, the Golden Heart, Chris Cadwell,” she announces, stepping back to allow Chris into the shot.

Chris walks into the shot as he wipes his hand together. His head turned to look over at Atwell with his usual smile on his bearded face.

“Now Chris, you’ve had a pretty hot start back here in PCW, almost immediately jumping back into the title picture, but lost your points. Now that the points clause is defunct, it’ll be easier to climb to the top. Your opponent this week, however, is a heavy hitter. At The Brain Eaters, Sami Callihan defeated Allysin Kay for the PCW championship after a near five month reign. Is the new Champion the force to be reckoned with?”

"Well, Ms. Atwell, I don't know a whole lot about Sami, but what I do know is what exactly you said. He's a heavy hitter and I can't tell a lie, but it surprised me that he beat Allysin for the title. To all I know, he might play dirty if necessary. However, I am ready for him, he said that I had to work my way up to the top and while this match may not be for the title, I can say that he'll know who I am."

“That’s a great outlook to have. Even though it is a non-title bout, could this be a look into the future of Chris Cadwell as PCW Champion?”

"It may or may not be, but that is one of my goals here in Phoenix Championship Wrestling. I strive to hold that PCW World Title, I want to be the very best, and I want to show to all the fans that no matter how big or small you are, you can achieve any dream you have."

“That’s what I like to hear. Thank you so much for speaking with me and good luck in your match.”

"Well, thank you for taking your time out of your day and I appreciate the luck!"
